“Jasater”

Kazakh yurt,  five sleeping places

Zhazatir or Jasator is a name of a river and a village in Kosh-Agach aimag. It can be translated as “saddle in the mountains”.

We especially recommend this yurt to big companies: it is spacious, well-lit and warm. Yurt of this type is called “Kazakh” or “Kirgiz” yurt because of its uiuk (long pole which supports the roof) is not absolutely straight and has a bend. Uiuk makes yurts of this kind a bit higher than Altai and Mongolian steppe dwellings, consequently, there`s more room for guests. A company of five people will feel cozy and comfortable in this yurt.
