Altai Yurt, three sleeping places

Iiktu (from southern Altai “Ыйык” – sacred, “Tuu” – mountain) – is the highest (3926 meters) peak of of South Chuisky mountain range.

This yurt was made by Altai telengits. It used to be a dwelling of nomads: they would place it every summer high in the mountain pastures. It’s always cold and windy there. Probably, that’s why “Iiktu” is so warm. We did our best to make it a cozy home for travelers.

The yurt is rather spacious, with three beds. It’s a good choice for a small company.
